Strategy for implementation, including client engagement.
Develop an execution strategy, including business development and contracting plan for the work that addresses risk and capacity.
Develop an organisational plan that supports the execution of the business development.
Exentian remain engaged for progress updates and ad hoc support to supplement the client team as the business develops.
